Our homeowners loved the neighborhood in Corona del Mar but the 1970’s home needed a complete overhaul.
Saving time and money, Robert worked solely with the clients to design and rebuild the new residence on the same foundation with an updated layout.
First, AED worked with the city to safely remove the asbestos and safe to start construction on. We then reconstructed the home with a second floor, creating large open spaces. Our clients were delighted with the end result that made their view more accessible, optimized the flow from the inside and out and opened up the space as a resource for the family.
